• Re-Inspections - If your client has been denied a claim for storm damage and wishes to have a re-inspection, MHC will perform that re-inspection with our licensed staff adjuster/*Master roof installer an NO charge.

 

• Storm Damage- For insurance storm damage claims, MHC's on staff adjuster will attend the appointment with the field adjuster to construct and agree on the scope of damage and required repairs and/or replacements. This eliminates time consuming and costly supplements.

 

• Project Scope- MHC coordinates and supervises the completion of 100% of the claim scope down to the smallest detail.

 

• Complete Roof Replacements- Complete roof replacements as a result of storm damage are replaced with superoofs **integrity Roof System by CertainTeed. ***This includes Class 4 Impact resistant shingles; ice and water shield on all valleys, eaves and roof penetrations and uses either roofers select or synthetic underlayment at no additional charge to the homeowner.

 

• Project Completion- At the projects completion MHC provides the homeowner with our exclusive "provenance manual" documenting and detailing all work completed; materials used (including serial numbers); approved permits; lien waivers; warranties for both material and workmanship and extended warranties if applicable. The provenance manual provides a complete photo documentation of the removal and replacement process.

 

*Master Roof Installers must pass rigorous testing to become a certified master installer. All MHC project managers and Sr. Technicians must meet this standard.

***The class 4 shingle upgade is not availiable for any 20 or 25 year existing roof products being replaced. 20 and 25 year roofs are upgraded to a 30 year Architectural shingle. All other construction details remain the same.
