The Radcliffe is a masterful Ready Slate roof installation featuring custom fabricated and installed copper flashings, gutters and downspouts. Combined with the beautiful Ready Slate light-weight roofing, this residence now has the elevated beauty of real slate at a fraction of the cost.

The Meadow is mountain living at its best. To create permanent protection for the harsh weather Colorado offers, we designed and installed a 24-gauge standing seam roof with complementary gutters, downspouts, and snow guards.

BARTILE Legendary Slate Tile Roof

The Stonebrooke is an example of our goal to provide long-term roofing solutions that are Built to Endure. We installed a custom BARTILE direct to deck roof system. The Legendary Slate tile colors and style were customized and selected by the owners to perfectly match the exterior of their residence.

The Larkspur

BARTILE Legendary Slate Tile Roof

The Larkspur house is another example of a custom BARTILE roof system, with the style and color selected by the owners to fit their personal style. Legendary Slate was chosen for its direct-to-deck installation and fireproof capabilities. The project included new gutters, downspouts, and chimney caps, which gave the house the perfect finishing touches.

The Lux house is a showcase of the finest in everything roofing. From sourcing the slate from a specific quarry in Spain for its deep black color, to the endless custom 16 oz copper flashings and custom fabrication details, this is truly a one-of-a-kind residence. We are proud to have contributed to this masterpiece, and yes, it is Built to Endure!

The DCC

Straight Barrel Mission Tile

The DCC house is an example of our expertise in historical restoration. The challenge was to remove and store the existing tiles, rebuild the roof-deck, repair framing members, replace the battens, source replacement tiles and put it back together while adhering to the stringent requirements of a historically designated property. The custom sheet metal and copper look pretty good too!
